Transport

All vehicles owned by The Hill Company are purchased brand new and then serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

We have chosen to use LPG vans for daily deliveries/collections as they prove less harmful to the environment and save on the congestion charge, which means that we do not have to pass this cost on to our customers.

For relocation work and bulk movements we use our 7.5 tonne and 18 tonne vehicles.

All 17 vehicles are equipped with a Masternaut vehicle tracking system www.masternaut.co.uk, which enables us to know the whereabouts of our customer’s deliveries at all times. In addition all vehicles are equipped with hands free mobile phones so that we can remain in safe contact with our drivers at all times. All drivers are paid employees and wear corporate uniform and display i.d. badges.
