Secure Destruction Services:

The Hill Company provide secure destruction services as well as providing assistance to their client’s with their retention programs. In providing methods by which the total quantity of stored items may be rationalised we are able to provide the best value in terms of the total quantity of items that are actually stored within our facility.

Once The Hill Company have collected your confidential material for destruction we transport your files/boxes to our shredding partner, who is located in close proximity to the City. On arrival your boxes/files are shredded in accordance with a strict procedure. Thereafter, a certificate of destruction is issued, confirming destruction of that item.

Scanning

The Hill Company possess a strategic partnership with the Filing Plus Group for the purpose of providing scanning services. In conjunction with Filing Plus we have therefore created a scanning bureau within our facility at West Thurrock in order to offer a full scan back service for documents to all of our customers.
