Service Levels

All deliveries are carried out by Hill Company drivers in our owned vehicles. Each driver is equipped with a hands free telephone in order maintain contact and whereabouts of a delivery. All of our vehicles are equipped with a Masternaut vehicle tracking system.

Customers that have been allocated dedicated drivers and vans are provided with access to the Masternaut tracking system so that they can track the whereabouts of their own deliveries.

Deliveries can either be made to desk, loading bay or reception etc.

Active Files/Box Storage Service.

• Order by 11:00am for delivery the same day by 5:00pm
• Order by 5:00pm for delivery the next day by 12:00pm
• Emergency retrieval service within 2 hours

Deep Storage Business Records Service

Delivery by 17.00 the next working day.

Scheduled Daily Service

We can also provide clients with scheduled daily delivery/collections by arrangement.
