RS Mobile System

The Hill Company operates the RSSQL O’Neil’s system, which has the capabilities to manage all aspects relating to document management for the tracking of boxes, files and computer media. This system is recognised by our industry as being the most complete and effective system available. The result of using this system is that we are able to obtain a full history relating to each item stored with us. All boxes are given a unique barcode label and all relevant information is captured at the point of entry on to our system. Individual boxes/files are scanned every time they leave a location, thereby building a full audit trail of their movement history.

The Hill Company have a working relationship with O’Neil’s which has meant that The Hill Company is the first company in Europe to completely operate the O’Neil RSMobile wireless system with pocket pc’s allowing signature capture on deliveries.
