Active Files

The Hill Company provide a complete storage and retrieval service for all types of active business files. Archived files are stored and managed within optimum conditions within our purpose built state of the art Records Centres in West Thurrock and South Ockenden

Files are accessible to our clients 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, and can be delivered back to them within 2 hours if required.

We also provide a standard next day or same day retrieval service. Or, for our busiest customers we provide up to 8 scheduled deliveries of files per day.

Active files are stored within brand new configured racking for ease of retrieval.

Archive Box storage

Archived boxes are stored within brand new purpose built racking individually configured to the size of the type of box stored. Each client is provided with a dedicated section of racking within our facilities. We do not operate a random storage policy within our facility.

As with all aspects of our service we offer a range of retrieval and delivery services that are tailored to your specific requirements. Records may be requested as an entire box or as a single file in order to assist companies where office space is minimal.

Deep Storage

The Hill Company provide ‘’Deep Storage’’ services within their Essex based facilities. Customers choose to opt for deep storage services where they possess boxes/files that are rarely if never retrieved, yet are required to keep the documents in question for legal purposes.

Placing such material in to deep storage provides our customers with a more cost effective medium of storage, yet with the added benefit that their archive material is still located in close proximity to the City and the South East of England.
