The conversion of paper documents to digital documents is achieved using the following comprehensive process steps:

  • Preparation – We remove and repair damaged pages.
  • Scanning – Images are scanned at 300dpi, black & white or colour.
  • Intelligent Software – Auto orientation, removal of blank pages, OCR (read text which allows you to search words), form recognition and barcode detection.
  • Image quality control – Manual check of every scanned image to ensure consistent quality.
  • Indexing – Scanned images are named to agreed format for ease of retrieval.
  • Image Delivery – Scanned images can be hosted by us and accessed via our secure Web portal or sent on encrypted hard drives or uploaded on to clients servers.
  • All documents returned to their original state if required.
  • After scanning all documents can be either stored or securely destroyed.
